[font=arial][size=2][b]        尽管Richard Ashcroft现年才29岁，但他觉得自己已象一个“老年人”，他以“比常人快3倍”的“摇滚速度”经历了一连串的人生变故。这也难怪，短短的几年时间里他的乐队The Verve还有他自己的个人生活都发生了太大的变化：1995年乐队散伙后又于1997年重新组队，并推出了广受推崇的《Urban Hymns》(城市圣歌)专辑，被Oasis誉为“最后一支摇滚乐队”；主唱Richard的一言一行被媒体追逐，随后他与Spiritualized乐队的键盘手Kate结婚生子；1999年The Verve再次宣布解散，Richard作个人音乐发展[/b][/size][/font]
[font=arial][size=2][b]        Richard虽然仍生活在“摇滚速度”中，但显然他已找到了生活的平衡点，就象你我寻常人一样，不过他依旧保持着敏感的知觉，创作出触动心灵的音乐。所以，也许他是目前世上还活着的最为人性化的一个摇滚乐手。
[/b][/size][/font][font=arial][size=2][b]        为大家推荐的就是他2006年1月23号发行的新专辑“Keys To The World”当中的第一主打单曲“Break The Night With Colour”，对于这张让歌迷等了三年的专辑，我也格外关注，给我的喜悦还是不少的！这首Break The Night With Colour 也被英国 Q 杂志评为"2006年度最值得期待单曲"！首次试听之后，就迷上了这首歌曲，悦耳了吉他声伴着Richard Ashcroft沙哑又富有磁性嗓音，让人沉醉其中[/b][/size][/font]
